Our commitment

Sycamore Neuropsychology complies with applicable federal and Missouri civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or any other characteristic protected by law. We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of any of these characteristics in deciding whom we evaluate, how we evaluate them, or how we communicate with them.

Free services for people with disabilities

We provide free aids and services so that people with disabilities can communicate effectively with us, including:

• Qualified sign language interpreters, including for video appointments
• Live captioning on video appointments when requested
• Written information in other formats, such as large print or accessible electronic documents
• Reasonable adjustments to how an evaluation session is run, so that a child or caregiver with a disability can take part fully

Free language services

If English is not your first language, we provide free language services, including qualified interpreters for the intake call, the evaluation, and the feedback session, and written information translated into your language. You never need to bring a family member or friend to interpret, and a child is never asked to interpret for a parent.
